I haven't had time to read it yet, but I have printed it out, and I was wondering if the foreword could be moved to ahead of the table of contents, so that when I print it out (and place the pages in plastic sleeves in a binder) then the table of contents will be on a splash page as opposed to being on opposite sides of the same page.
I know that I can easily correct this with some minor shuffling, but it doesn't feel right to mess with the integrity of a books pagination. Also, if I had made double-sided printouts I wouldn't have that option.
(And in case descriptions of a thread are invisible, I'll add the description of the thread here as well: All things that should be changed, but don't really matter.)
Well, ([_] and I'll be :) you. (:P )
