This map of Stjordvik and neighboring places is six miles from the center of one hex to the center of another.
  • Yellow hexes indicate the best farmland where most of the people live and work.
  • Dark Yellow hexes are plains hexes of marginal soils with only intermittent farming and a low population.
  • Green hexes are forest hexes with a low population density and a higher movement rate for most races.
  • Blue hexes indicate swamp or marsh terrain. Populations are very low, and movement rates are high.
  • Orange hexes are hill terrain. While population is low, production may sometimes be substantial if herding or mining occurs here. Hill terrain can slow movement.
  • Brown hexes indicate mountain terrain. Populations are very low and movement rates are high.

Towns are indicated by #. Cities have a larger pattern.
