Bright and eager to experience life, Brandi has chafed inside her father?s hall for some time. Her sister?s abrupt withdrawal to her rooms surprised Brandi, but left her to shine unrivaled in her father?s hall ? so Brandi thinks little of her sister?s ?sulking?.
Brandi is impulsive and prone to get carried away with things, her father fears that before she is much older she will ruin her prospects with some man who steals her heart, and so tries even harder to keep Brandi safe from harm ? his over-protectiveness only encourages Brandi?s desire for independence.

Brandi has exulted in tales of adventure for years and would leave her home in an instant if the right opportunity presented itself. Winning fame, glory - and of course some money of her own beyond her father's largesse, appeals greatly to her. That she has no experience with a blade or magical prowess bothers her not in the least - Brandi has never met a problem she couldn't bluff or charm her way through and has no doubts of the usefulness of her skills.
