City of Saarmen Card?

I was reading through the Player's Book for Muden the other day and it mentiond that Saarmen was mapped out. Am I missing a card from my Havens of the Great Bay? If so, could someone kindly scan me a copy so I can use the city?

I think a lot of other people must be missing it as well, because I don't have a card with that city on it. Most likely the player's secrets is wrong.
