Well for his role in humanoid society would be clear: might makes right. So, he
could probably in my opininon, become a goblin regent. However, i do not think
such a creature could roam freely in elven or human country. But it makes some
very interesting roplaying scene.

minotaurs are extremly rare in birthright none being mentioned at all except
in the list of monsters in birthright and definetly wouldn't be accepted in
cities of humans and demihumans (this ain't dragonlance) I doubht if any are
blodded if so not more then one or two. to be honest i wouldn't even allow a
pc one.

Malvar is "Malvar the Minotaur," and awnsheighlein who controls the "Maze
of Malvar" (or it may be "Maalvar") on the east coast of Khinasi lands.
Actually, he is not depicted as a minotaur so much as a sort of
butt-kicking centaur with horns, but I believe that his description in the
Blood Enemies book does mention that in his "Maze" kingdom (a sort of
jungle/swamp maze) he does have followers who are minotaurs. It sort of
skirts around without actually saying so that these minotaurs are his
children gotten from female slaves. On the other hand, they could have
been there previously, and Maalvar sort of took over, being blooded and
all. You could run it either way as a DM. Personally, I would say that all
minotaurs come from the Maze, and are almost all agents of Maalvar. I
would probably NOT allow minotaur PC's. This seems to me to be more in the
flavor of BR.
