Tribes of the Heartless Waste doesn't really cover it, but I imagine
that they are. Except for in one domain, the Vos hate both gods, so I
guess their just grouping their enemies together.

[Solmyr]

According to BR rulebook, both Ruornil and Sera are known under the name
Lirovka in Vosgaard. Do the Vos consider them one and the same? I don't have
the Vosgaard expansion yet, maybe it's explained there.

to be sure, and in it, Sera is listed as Sirova in Vosgaard while Ruornil
remains Lirovka. So there you have the solution Aleksei.

I don´t know it . I have the Vosgard expansion book , but I don´t have read it
yet ;)
