Okay, I came up with a way to give Realm regents a chance to collect
more RP if they are good rulers.
RP collection is modified as following for provinces (rounded up)
Loyalty:
High: x1.5
Average: x1
Poor: x.75
Relbelious: x0 (all provinces/holding considered contested so no
RP collection)
I haven't come up with anything for regents of holdings. I am thinking
of implimentingy loyalty (Not wanting to worship vs. fiercely devoted to
temple etc.)
SOMEONE please, a little feedback
