Unfortunately, the proposed book on the Shadow World never came out. If you
can get ahold of the copy of Dungeon magazine that has the "Seeking
Bloodsilver" adventure in it, however, it has some pretty good information on
the Shadow World as the adventure takes place in that realm.

There is not much known on the Shadow World, all there is, are a few
references to it spread throughout all the expansions of Birthright. As
far as I know people are not duplicated, so there is no Shadow Gorgon.
Domains in the Shadow World... after having read Greatheart I think
there are domains in the Shadow World. Domains that are ruled by liches
(like El-Sheighul in the Khinasi lands) and other powerful undead rulers
or awnsheghlien banished to the Shadow World. It seems that a lot of the
undead came directly from the battle of Deismaar and belonged to Azrai's
army. During the explosion they were turned into undead and transported
to the Shadow World. At least that is what is suggested in the novel
Greatheart.

Hi Guys,

I have the Birthright boxed set, and when I was browsing through the rule
books, I found about the Shadow world, but the information is so little. Do
you have more about it? It says that the Shadow world is twisted mirror
image of Cerelia and is inhabited of zombies, ghouls and other undead. But
what about the domains? Are there shadow regends, shadow awnshengen and so?
OK, we know about the Shadow rider. I'm talking about lets say Shadow
Gorgon?

Thanks.

About the only product which deals with the Shadow World at all is the
"Guide to the Ethereal Plane", which doesnt have a whole lot to say about
it. If you'd like (now that Im back at the computer :), I can EMail you
the relevant passages.

so?>

And don't forget Dungeon Magazine, May/June 1996, Issue #59: the
adventure "Seeking Bloodsilver" has a little write-up on the Shadow
World too.

This brings back my "Wish List" wish for more info on the Shadow World &
the Cold Rider!

Well, it looks like everyond is interested in the Ethereal Planes Shadow world
stuff. Any chance you could just summarize it and post it on the list?
Everyone is anyway...
