I've run one pbem, and played in a few, and it seems like one of the big
time investments in getting one up and running is the websites. We like to
have nicely formatted domain records online for our players to check out,
but typing them all into html and making the pages themselves is a big pain.
So, being the packrats that gamers are, do any of you still have the
original copies of the pages, the ones that are copied straight out of the
books? If I could get all the originals sent to me ( mcsorley.1@osu.edu ),
I'll edit the html and
make them all into a standard format, then host them on my webpage, and
submit them to the netbook too, so there will be several copies floating
around. They might be useful for tabletop games, too, in case you keep
track of your game on your computer.
In a couple of weeks, I'll check and see which ones I don't have yet. If
there aren't many, I'll just finish it up myself, maybe steal them from a
game-in-progress and devolve them back to the unmodified, or I might hit you
guys up for an area apiece or something.
