I think they are called Lieutenants in BR, they can adventure while the
PC is busy runng his domain, but the better thing is that the lieutanant
can stay at home and rule while the regent is out adventuring. If the
regent is one of those few lucky with the magical gloves which allows
the lieutenant to use some RP, then it's less risky be away.

Then I would like that you explain more about this link, as I and I
think most of the others do not have CoW.

As far as I can remember this link is very simular to the link between a
familiar and his wizard. Both can communicate by telepathy and the
'familiar' can not hide his thoughts from the dragon. The dragon can
hide his thoughts from the 'familiar' though...

What kind of gloves are those and where can I find them? They sound
really interesting.

Oh, and please excuse me if that was a stupid question to be asking, but
I'm new to the list. :)

If I don't remeber it wrong it was mention in the Anuire Domain
descriptions and then more detailed in BoM.
