Darkstar is spot on. The text refers briefly to Azrai before he "turned to
evil" though in my mind an abundance of pride leads easily to that road.

I've never really classed Azrai all that much... what alignment do you
think he would be? Lawful, Neutral, or Chaotic? It would seem logical that
he would hold both Belinik's and Kreisha's portfolio since he was
effectively their "father".

and self perfection, or something like that? i seem to remember
someone here saying it did, and i just got it.

It was god of Knowledge and Pride, and it is somewhere in the back of
the BOP. I can't remember where exactly, but I think it was in the
description for the Viper's Eye artefact.

I say Lawful. It allows a much greater potential for evil. Unfocused
bloodlust is fine, but not nearly as evil as controlled, premeditated murder
and opression. That's why the Gorgon is LE in my opinion.
