I don't think the name is à propos for the prestige class. I fail to see the Freedom Fighting involved. Further, the prestige class Hunter of the Dead (Complete Warrior page 42) is very similar in scope and intent.

I get the feeling that "Freedom Fighters" were a specific group in some DMs campaign. A name change and reworking of the flavor text to reflect this or to better reflect the PrC requirements is needed.
By the current requirements, you need to be 7th level to meet the hide ranks, so 8th would be your first level. That makes the Track feat your 9th level ability. Your a 9th level "scout" and your just now getting Track? I would at the very least switch Track to first level with weapon training going to second level. I would suspect that many "scout" characters already have Track from a ranger level, but by giving it at first level those that dont are not left in limbo for a level.
Structurally this PrC seems balanced, but it feels like it lacks "punch" if you follow me. At fifth level (minimum 12th) you receive a +2 to damage skeletons and zombies. Kinda lame unless your DM is constantly throwing zombie lord dragons or something at you.
I dont know the shadow world rules much, so maybe I am missing understanding this class.
I like 5 level PrCs for low level Birthright, so if anyone has any ideas of how to fix up this PrC and give it "punch" it could be something cool for everyone. A BR specific shadow world class.

(Freedom Fighters are those halflings found in the SW that fight to free all halflings from the grasp of domain lords; check out the Blood Spawn book.)
First of all, do something with the seemingly (pun not intented) Weapon Focus/Specialisation abilities granted!
I agree that Track is a strange way to give at so high a level; maybe have it as a requirement, or grant it at 1st level and give a bonus to those who already have it.
Level 5 Base Reflex Bonus should read as +4 under the current incarnation of the class; I believe that either dropping Reflex to poor and raising Will to high, or having both at high, is better than what the Base Save Bonuses now achieve.
cold resistance 5
The 5th-level bonus feat seems a little odd...
Finally, something must be done with the Perception and Seeming scores, already! We cannot talk of these if we do not work out how they operate!!
