Evil parties around?

I started a (second) campaign in Dhoesone as a Rjurik LN regent *(the
commander class by Ezra v. Everbroeck from the Great Net Spell/Prayer
Book) so he holds multiple Law holdings. What do you rule on evil
parties, with a LN regent (I'm the only regent in the group). The DM
insisted on an evil party, which is just as ful also, but how is the
connection between an evil priest (can't remember the diety) a
necromancer, an evil female dwarf and the local LN regent? Do you
play evil parties? Please give some advice.
