I think the Dwarves have gotten a raw deal in birthright.
Okay they are a lot denser but a maximum starting dexterity of 14 is way to
low. (Racial max=16, racial adjustment= -2 dex)
I personally think the racial maximum ability should of 16 is a typo and
should be 18. Which would then be modified by the racial adjustment of
- -2.
Are there any dwarven players who agree with me.
