I was talking to someone from Sierra the other day and they said the
delay was normal programming difficulties. It's not the takeover for the
reason that you said above.

I don't think the TSR/WoTC thing would have much effect on the release date of
the game. It is more likely that they can't get the game to work. I havn't
actually played the demo yet (mainly because I won't own a PC for another 2
weeks yet), but when I looked at the screenshots on Sierra's page, all the
characters seemed to have an armour class of 10, and 20 hit points. So I don't
think those shots were taken from the completed game.
