For the Dwarf priest's in the campaign I am playing we use the Moradin info
from Monster Mythology(DMGR4). Here he is:

Moradin, god of the Dwarves

Duties of the priesthood
Priests of Moradin are charged with the advancement of the dwarven race in
all areas of life, the founding of new kingdoms and clan lands, and a wide
range of formal ceremonies (marriages, consecrations of forges, temples and
other buildings, crowning of monarchs, etc.) and the education of the
young, especially in the teaching of history. They maintain genealogies and
historical archives. Adventuring is encouraged in the priesthood, but only
adventuring which directly serves the interests of the dwarven race.
Priests of Moradin may only use weapons which they have taken a part in
smithing and crafting. Even "mundane" weapons so constructed count as +1
weapons for the purpose of determining which creatures may be affected by
them (but no hit or damage bonuses apply).
Requirements: AB Str 13; AL lg; WP any, but see above (war hammer 1st);
AR any metal armor; SP: all, combat, creation, divination*, elemental
(earth, fire), guardian, healing, law, necromantic, protection, war, wards;
PW 1) +2 Chr to other dwarves, 5)+2 to hit with warhammer; 9) prayer, magic
resistance of enemies does not negate effect, 1d3 hp of damage cured for

Check out The Complete Book of Humanoids and The complete Book of Dwarves.
Priests of Moradin are described therein.

Here is a priest of Moradin since he isn't described in any of the
Birthright sourcebooks.
I've combined the priest of Moradin from the Dwarves Deep Forgotten Realm
Supplement and the Racial Priest from the Priest Handbook.
Does anybody else have their own version of this priest, and what about
the halflings, did they have no religion in the shadowworld.

The book Monster Mythology is definitely the book to consult (in another
posting I recommnded Humanoids and Dwarves). The other two books do contain
some addittional info--but remember you must make some adjustments for use in
the BR world.

I don't wish to critesize, and I haven't read ither of the books you mentioned
( so if there are some special rules you base yourself on... sorry! )

Since Dwarfs are Created form stone it might seem more apropriate to have
Elemental Earth as Major sphere acces. Also I wounder about Major spheres :
Sun ( & Healing )

It might look better if you had switched Sun and Elemental Earth since they
after all are born from stone.

As for healing, well I think that it might be better as a minor sphere, but that
is only a matter of oppinion and as i wrote before : I haven't read the
Forgotten Realm book or Priest Handbook.
