Theo's Weapon Skills

As with my Aduria and Domain system notes, I've now put up something else: my Weapon Skills system which I had not finished and was planning to work into a system for combat which used skills instead of the normal d20 system. Note that this is very incomplete, I didn't get very far, but it might prove useful for others in some way.
