They are spawning like crazy! Is this normal? Also, is it possible to make all posts related to the same topic(I.e: Re: Agitate) to form a single thread, or is this meant to be individual messages on this?

yes i have noticed but no time to "repair" the bug yet.
there's a bug somewhere between finding out whether its and reply and whether the thread is new or already exists.

i'll try to fix it somewhere this week

i have wrote the script to do so, but occasionaly it seems to do it not.

i have to take a look at the script again to find out where the problem is.

Would this also explain why when a post comes from email that a post that may have a lot of replies in the past says that it only has one reply? It also seems like some of the replies disappear but I couldn't gaurantee that...

yes i have notice that with some threads, just keep an eye on those suspected threads and let me know.
i then have to correct the reply count so that older replies will becone vissible again.

Elves and their place in the world under the Book of Days has a reply count of 1 with over 500 views. I know that is wrong. It needs to be fixed.
