does anyone have a programm for tax collection for ad&d or other nice programms, which can help a DM.

birmail is a program which tracks a lot of the stuff, there should be links to it if you search.

Greenknight has built some spreadsheets to track income, etc using his ruleset http://roe.twilightpeaks.net/.

birmail is 2nd ed, we used it in Rjurik Winds and it worked pretty well from a player's perspective.

if you use excel it is easy to create

You never know, Charles mentioned another one once, but he's a family guy now so has other responsibilities - and DM'ing a PBEM takes a lot of time.
