NPC Regents and Royals

This is a list of potential rulers of realms, their courtiers, lieutenants, and the like. It is also intended to include others who would interact primarily with the rulers of provinces.
It can also be used to show alternate versions of existing rulers.
Please don't just add a stat-block - it is probably the least useful entry in a write-up, particularly as players are split between AD&D, [[BRCS]], and home campaigns with games using variant feats, prestige classes, etc making 'stock' characters appear bland by comparison.
A good way to make a character more user-friendly is to present the character at several stages in their life, or with several options around a core design.
To make the character most useful to a reader it is a good idea to add the character's history, their goals, their tactics, their strengths and weaknesses, their hopes and dreams.
Most characters should be linked to your user page - this doesn't stop other people editing them but it does show that they are your creation not generic campaign fodder. If you want to edit someone else's creation please add an {{AlsoSee}} from their page to a modified page of yours.
