    Where can I find information about the scion class? Or is it still being worked on/finalized?

    Download the latest version of the revised Chapter 2 of the BRCS - it contains info on the scion class.

    Easiest place to find that download is on the FAQ in the D20 BRCS forum (pinned at the top of the page).

    And yes it is considered finalized as far as any modificatins are concerned.

    There of course may be some final tweaks when the remainder of the BRCS is sanctioned, but Chap 2 has been sanctioned and for all user purposes can be considered finished (except for bloodform and bloodtrait blood abilities).
