    I votes no for the same reason. If instead the DC for all actions was simply raised by one (base DC 11 rather than 10) you would end up with the exact same drain on RP pools, yet still allow for more active unblooded PC's or NPC's.

    Looks like the majority (not quite a clear majority though) wants to require RP to be spent (for at least most) domain actions.

    Once the other poll (on basic mechanic for resolving actions) is completed - tomorrow, I'll post the next poll in the series.
