09-17-2007, 01:12 AM #11Yup I agree with Andrew Tall, just incorporate Ritual Magic, found in Unearthed Arcana, and some related feats, and those Items are justified, and again not everyone (except most dedicated and/or resourceful) cannot produce powerful Items, which suits the BR mood nicely...
EDIT:
You might even rule that creating magic items, other than potions and scrolls, is limited to Realm Action only...

Well, then, I will try this system in my next BR mini-campaign next year. (Sigh) At least I can write some pretty rituals...
