Heh. Always buy up every guild in sight as Endier and then progress to the temples. Once you've done that, concentrate on buying provinces that are closest to you - Diemed, Medoere and southern Alamie are good choices.

Once you have a sizeable realm and enough money to support it, start making war like the warlords do! (Buy up some more territory if you can when you have the cash and opportunity!)
