I've been searching for more information on the adventure editors, but am having a lot of trouble finding anything.
They were mentioned on the mailing list in September 1997. Raesene Andu said in 2003 that they were not available online anywhere at that time. He hasn't been online since 2014, so I doubt we'll be able to get the copy he claimed to have.
There was a vague mention of "Birthright Editors" on the Sierra website in February 1998, but the page to download them is not archived. All of the downloads from that time are links to the Sierra FTP server, which wasn't archived by the Internet Archive. I haven't been able to find any mirrors of that server so far. (Apparently, there was also a Windows Theme Pack I'm curious to find.)
I've looked through archives of dozens of "Birthright fan sites" and most of them are just 404 error pages, even on the Internet Archive.
Unless someone can find a mirror of the old Sierra FTP server, I think we may be out of luck.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for but......
http://www.birthright.net/forums/dow...?do=file&id=94
http://www.birthright.net/forums/dow...?do=file&id=91
and of course...
http://www.birthright.net/forums/dow...?do=file&id=93
Hope this helps or at least confirms these links don't work--Give me ambiguity or give me something else!--

Sadly, it isnt any of those links.
I did find what appears to be the birthright source code here : https://archive.org/details/birthrt_source. If im not wrong, this is from the huge stash of old sierra source codes that an ex-sierra dev put up on ebay for sale.
And it has what might be the adventure editors, but i cannot run them in win10. They might require dos box or something like that.
Anyway, is anyone on this site tech savvy and interested in poking around in the source code? With the source code, one could make changes to the code and essentially update the PC game...fixing bugs, changing game balance, things like that.

If it has the 4 adventure editors you should upload them somewhere so that others can take a look at them.
How did you try to run them in Windows 10? Compatibility mode?

Does the link not work for you?
Yes, i did try running in win 10 with compatability mode. I tried various forms of compatability modes such as running it in win95 compatability but i just get a generic "this app can't run on your PC" message.
The file seems to be "MakeAdv.exe" in the source code. Let me know if the download works for you, if it does not, i will reupload it elsewhere.
