Population?
Isn't the 95k population level of this province a bit high?
With the standard 1000mi^2 area of the province, we are talking about 95 souls/mi^2 which way high.
I am resizing the map to 133% for my campaign and, even then, a more appropriate population count would be around 15k-20k. Even the province levels suggest the same.
Should we correct the wiki page?

I am trying to find the province levels for the 9 provinces within Hjolvar. Most are 0, but we also have 1, 1, 4, 1. According to the 3.5e wiki, that corresponds to 1000+1000+10,000+1000=13,000 people.
The wiki pages do say that the law holdings are 0-2, when they exist. If the province level matched level 2 holdings, that would have at most around 4000 people per province. Some of the provinces can be up to Level 7, which is 40,000. So at best that is 9*4000=36,000 people and could end up being 9 * 40,000 = 360,000 (over-estimating both).
I am not sure where 95,000 came from. Was that the original canon amount and it just hasn't been corrected to match the 3.5e BRCS?

I'm reading the RH entry for Hjolvar right now and I can't find any reference. If any, Hjolvar is described as a small, undeveloped realm. It is more likely that when the DomBox template was copy-pasted from another wiki entry, the author just forgot to update civilization's entry.
