I am assuming that this individual "Tannith Annul of Sigil " is just a name that someone made up and is not actually anywhere in any of the Official material, correct?

If it is not Official, who made it up and is there more information related to Tannith Annul of Sigil's theory?

i think you assume right.. no idea who however made that name up.
but its a remnant of an old write up on the lost which was posted in the early br netbook

Okay, I did find that thread and the wiki entry. Didn't realize that he was the one that did the writeup; it can be hard to determine sometimes.

Is he still a participant on the board or has he moved on ?

i am afraid he has moved on.. although his email address is in the post, no clue if it is still working
