Proctor

Proctor is the title used to denote a province-wide leader of the Impregnable Heart of Haelyn or the Church of Storm's Height.
During the times of the Imperial Temple, a Proctor was an official who ran a teaching institution. When the Impregnable Heart of Haelyn took the titles of its founding officials, it embraced High Prefect, Prefect, and Proctor as its primary titles. Offices that used to denote education and promulgation of right doctrine, and now suggest the Impregnable Heart's leadership or the Church of Storm's Height.
