=== Biography ===
Theofold Segwardes is the Guildmaster of Brecht Seelundkaufen.
He dresses in fine, expensive clothing, preferring red and purple accented in silver. Looking at Theofold today, one would never guess that the realm?s foremost guilder and chief lieutenant to the former count started his career as a dockside swindler selling . When he made the mistake of targeting a young Richard Talbehr, however, he soon found himself employed helping the royal heir plug the very loopholes the halfling used to exploit.
Eventually, Theofold united Müden?s varied guilds under the banner of the Brecht Seelundkaufen ("Sea and Land Crafters"). As guildmaster, he keeps a close eye on the activities of the secret Quick Fingers guild, which caters to the thieving element in Müden. As long as they keep their hands away from Theofold?s legitimate businesses, he is willing to overlook their organization. But if they act against one of his bureaus, they will not see the end of his wrath. However, their criminal activities sometimes mimic his legitimate businesses, and bring disrepute to honest guilders.
The guilder is very proud of his niece, Fulda Spiritwalker, the high priestess of Éla?s Midnight Shadow in Brechlen.
