Holy Royal Sisters of Haelyn

The Holy Sisters of Haelyn are a nunnery and a school. The Holy Sisters of Haelyn are in the small town of Grimsay. Nestled in the beautiful forests of Talinie, the school has a beautiful yard and the sisters maintain an herb garden as well as a rose garden.

The nuns dedicate themselves to prayer and fasting. They prey to Haelyn on a daily basis. The Holy Sisters of Haelyn are a small temple holding in Grimsay. The holy sisters was founded by Thuriene Donnal a hundred years ago. The nuns find quiet time for contemplation and run a school. The school they run is a private academy that is low cost so that commoners can send their children to school there. The school teaches basic mathematics, reading and writing, and basic natural philosophy. They also participate in sports: wrestling, rugby, boxing, and swordsmanship.

The students read the Book of Laws daily. Graduates have the opportunity to become squires or ladies-in-waiting. The school has a few blooded Scions attending classes there. It's said that Torele Anviras goes to the school regularly to find an apprentice (and a capable heir) to take on. He hasn't found one yet.
