Fhiele Boeruine is the only daughter of Aeric Boeruine and Kaela Isilviere.

Niamh Khorien supervised her household until Fhiele was twelve years old and was summoned to court at Seaharrow Castle. Niamh was reluctant to yield her charge as she was growing willful. Despite Niamh's urging, Fhiele was given no further supervision, except by her mother, who indulges her, rather than corrects her.

Fhiele believes that her happiness comes through the experience of being intimate with her paramours. However, her parents are trying everything to educate their sixteen year old daughter correctly, but to no avail. Consequently, the young lady was restricted to Seaharrow Castle until the age 21 or that she comes to her senses, whichever comes first.
