Steppegrad is a province in the realm of Rzhlev.

The central part of the flag is a white shell on a grass green background, representing the people from the plains of Steppe and their rulers, the Brokeslav Family. The black wolf on maroon background represent vassalage to the tsarina of Rzhlev, while the twin axes in blood red are a tribute to the god Belinik, as the family was granted the honor of having Nikoli Brokeslav become a War Master of the Belinik Tsarevic.
