- Restoration of a universal Imperial Temple of Haelyn as the sole faith in Anuire.
- Dominionists promote religious supremacy, insofar as they generally do not respect the equality of other faiths, or even other doctrines of Haelyn.
- Dominionists endorse theocratic visions, insofar as they believe that the Book of Laws is the only source of political authority in Anuire, or indeed Cerilia.
Critics of Dominionism generally point to the fact that Haelyn envisioned a rule by the nobility, not by a priesthood, and that the vision of Haelyn allowed for a less orthodox nobility as sufficient for government. This is sometimes known as the principle of two standards, one more rigorous for priests of Haelyn and one less rigorous for the nobles who rule.
This doctrine is generally contrasted with the Doctrine of two swords.
