Averil Tallen is the daughter of Theresa Tallen, the Gräfin of Talhundt, and Lamprecht Stark.
Nicknamed 'little trouble' as a child by the Pfalzgraf, Erik Danig (in contrast to her elder brother Otto who out grew his name of 'big trouble' years ago), Avril grew up to be as beautiful as anyone could have predicted and even more trouble than when she was a child.
Her mother sees her sharp mind however and has set Avril to investigate strange going?s-on in Talhundt such as the people who have gone missing of late, the odd frosts that have been found from time to time in isolated areas and for the reason why the Independent Churches of Sera have started to preach a harsher moral system than they used to.
