Prefect

Prefect is the title used to denote a realm-wide leader of the Impregnable Heart of Haelyn and in Church of Storm's Height.
During the times of the Imperial Temple, a Prefect was an official responsible for maintaining orthodoxy. Each was responsible to a High Prefect. When the Impregnable Heart of Haelyn took the titles of its founding officials, it embraced Prefect, High Prefect, and Proctor as its primary titles. Offices that used to denote education and promulgation of right doctrine, and now suggest the leadership of the Impregnable Heart or the Church of Storm's Height.
