Reynir was the ancient god of the Rjuven, an explorer like his people he encouraged his people to migrate from Aduria to the relative safety of Cerilia. Erik is presumed quite similar to Reynir by most however ancient sagas suggest that Reynir was less of a counsellor and more of a hunter than the wise old man of the forests. Reynir is still worshipped in some parts of Aduria, where word of his death never reached the more reclusive of his people.
Several creatures were sacred to Reynir, including the wolf, the bear and the hawk.
